Vesta

For issuers

Raise from investors without rebuilding your back office

Founders, fund managers and property owners use VestaScan to issue a token for their raise, show investors everything in one place, and manage who holds it afterwards. No code and no technical team needed.

Two kinds of token

It starts with one question: who can hold it?

That's the first thing the app asks, because it decides everything else. Answer it and the right rules are set for you.

Try it in the app

Approved investors only

Raise from approved investors

For a company, fund or property raising capital. Only investors you approve can hold or receive the token, and the rules travel with it.

Always included

  • An approved-investor list that every transfer is checked against
  • Lock-up dates per investor
  • Pause all transfers if something goes wrong

Your choice at launch

  • Issue more tokens later, up to a maximum you set
  • Recover tokens from a holder, for lost access or a legal order
  • Burn tokens you hold

Open to anyone

Launch an open token

For a community, membership or utility token that anyone can hold and send. Not an investment offering.

Always included

  • A fixed supply, or a maximum supply you can issue up to

Your choice at launch

  • Issue more tokens later
  • Recover tokens from a holder
  • Burn tokens you hold
  • Pause all transfers

How it works

From sign-in to a live token in four steps

No code and no technical setup. The app explains each setting as you go and shows everything back to you before anything goes live.

  1. 1

With Google or email, and a Vesta wallet is created for you; or with a wallet you already use. Signing in creates your account, with nothing to install.

  2. 2

    Choose who can hold it

Approved investors only, or open to anyone. Not sure? Ask the assistant.

  3. 3

Name it and set the supply

Name, short symbol, how many to create, and whether you can issue more later.

  4. 4

    Review and launch

Pick the network, check every setting in plain words, and confirm.

Not sure what to choose?

Press Help me decide and the assistant asks a few questions about your raise, then fills in the setup with you. You review every answer before anything goes live.

After launch

The token is the start, not the finish

Most of a raise happens after the token exists. These are the tools you'll use every week.

  • A page worth sharing

Your token gets a public page with your cover, logo, description, gallery, data room and deck, and a short link to share anywhere.

  • Enquiries come to you

Investors express interest or ask questions from your page. You see each enquiry in one inbox and decide who gets access to which documents.

  • Your cap table, kept for you

See who holds your token and how much, without keeping a spreadsheet in step with every transfer. Included on plans with cap table access.

  • Investors can back you

Supporters can back your offering publicly, and verified offerings can host a discussion, which helps the next investor decide.

For issuers

You stay in control after launch

Manage investors and supply from one screen, in plain words. Every power you keep is shown on your token's public page, so investors know exactly where they stand.

  1. 01

    Approve investors

Add investors to the approved list, set a lock-up date as you add them, and remove them later.

  2. 02

    Set lock-ups

Set, change or clear the date before which an investor can't transfer.

  3. 03

Send to a new investor in one step

Approve a new investor and send them tokens in a single confirmation.

  4. 04

    Issue new tokens

Issue more tokens to an investor, up to the maximum supply set at launch.

  5. 05

    Recover from a holder

Bring tokens back from a holder, for lost access or a legal order, when the token allows it.

  6. 06

    Pause transfers

Stop every transfer at once, and resume when you're ready.
